The aluminum shell melting furnace is a kind of intermediate frequency melting furnace body. The intermediate frequency melting furnace is one of the main products independently developed and produced by our company. The furnace body of the smelting furnace is divided into two types: steel shell and aluminum shell. Performance characteristics
1. The aluminum shell melting furnace adopts thickened high-quality aluminum alloy shell to reduce magnetic flux leakage and ensure the strength of the furnace body;
2. The thick-walled induction coil we use uses T2 standard copper tube, which can provide more melting energy, and the open space between the turns of the induction coil improves the electrical efficiency;
3. The open furnace bottom reduces water vapor, and a cooling ring is designed at the bottom, which further prolongs the life of the furnace lining;
4. The use of integral refractory bricks instead of ordinary asbestos rings greatly reduces the use cost of the furnace body.
5. Simple maintenance, easy operation and high cost performance.
This series of melting furnaces use 200~2500Hz intermediate frequency power supply for induction heating, and the power range is 20~2500KW. According to its characteristics, it can also be called intermediate frequency electric furnace.
This product is mainly used for smelting and heating of copper, iron, zinc, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, alloy metals and semiconductors, glass, silicon materials, etc.
